This is not a review about the pool design. This is a review about the service department and quality of installation. While I was very happy with my pool I have come to learn that’s the installation was done poorly in regards to the tile. After only a couple of years, I noticed the grout coming out between the tiles. I contacted the service department repeatedly with no follow up. After the second year, the tiles have now popped off. I have worked with Al of Ferrari Pools for over a year. He and his crew have recently done some Gunite, leak repair and plumbing work. When it was discovered that a mistake had been made, Al owned right up to it and promptly dispatched a team to make the correction free-of-charge. The repair was top-quality. The crew even stayed longer in 97 degree heat to make an unrequested improvement to the pool plumbing. This recommendation is well-earned.

I purchased a pool right before Covid I was afraid the project would be delayed but to my surprise they were considered essential! My pool was completed I LOVE it! I have one big complaint I recently called to get help with a cleaning system I paid extra for. The attachment broke off. I’ve called several times I even tried different prompts on the answering system o spoke to one person after trying multiple times I thought “oh finally” someone will come take a look and help with my problem!
