Hot tub jets failed after 10 months of ownership. Called Ferrari service, spoke to Becky. She was amazing ! Scheduled service for me that day. From there Wes arrived. Friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Fixed the SPA in nasty cold weather. I guess all I can say is Thank You ! Yes, no charge at all. Warranty covered. Good work always follows good people !
Thirteen years after the renovation, I'm following up regarding an issue with the Pebble Tec surface. From what I understand, the installers were subcontractors. The pebble surface has cracked and lifted from the floor, and other companies have suggested it may have been improperly applied from the start.
