Hydropool 17ft Aquasport swim spa. Mark could not have been more attentive, kind, friendly, and professional. The crews were amazing, and hardworking. As the crane was lifting our giant spa over the house avoiding something as small as an owl decor, I thanked goodness that my research landed me at Ferrari Pools. I really can't say enough about this place of business. Thank you Mark, for making sure everything worked out so beautifully.
Ferrari Pools installed our salt water pool and have maintained it for many years. The maintenance team is outstanding, in particular Joe Andujar and Wes Leroux. I recommend Ferrari Pools without reservation.

This is not a review about the pool design. This is a review about the service department and quality of installation. While I was very happy with my pool I have come to learn that’s the installation was done poorly in regards to the tile. After only a couple of years, I noticed the grout coming out between the tiles. I contacted the service department repeatedly with no follow up. After the second year, the tiles have now popped off.
