Worst experience ever at this Ferrari dealership. Brian and Justin make the Ferrari brand look bad and disappoint the reputation of what Ferrari means.
Ferrari being one of the names of excellence in the world should be ashamed of its Vancouver location. This location truly does not represent the quality and excellence its name proceeds everywhere else in the world. Brian Ross the dealership owner and Justin Henry the dealership manager need to step down immediately. Under their leadership, this Ferrari dealership drowns the ethics and reputation of the brand FERRARI. Worst Dealership to buy a Ferrari from. They do not follow Ferrari protocol with sales and service. Sales manager does not represent the brand of what Ferrari means and I would highly advise to take your business elsewhere.
James Lee, a service advisor, was very accommodating during the service of my Ferrari 458. He also gave me a nice tour of the facility. Very beautiful cars in a very beautiful building.
