As always, treated professionally and with courtesy. I wouldn't trust my Ferrari to another shop.
Just had the first annual inspection/oil change for my 2007 F430 and it was a very pleasant and seamless experience. The service manager Adam was friendly and helpful and the reports were extremely comprehensive, with photos to accompany the observations.
