This year I paid you $10,000 to repair the car one of the items I asked you to repair with the convertible top seem that appeared to open and I agreed to pay $650 to have the same closed. When I picked up the car, I pointed out to you that the convertible top was not repaired. I was told that the lady who would’ve done the repair was away.. I was able to make the repair myself since it was a flap That had been glued, so I merely re-glued it.
My car buying experience with Ferrari of Long Island was really unbelievable. The teamwork and customer service were all white gloves. From picking me up to getting me the insanely best rates. Freddy walked me through the entire process and made it extremely streamlined. I truly felt they had my best interest at heart, which made buying my vehicle stress-free.
