I can't express how happy and stressfree it was to come across Eleanor who was not only patient and kind but a great listener. She knew exactly what I was looking for within minutes of asking me questions. On 4 June my niece visited from Adelaide, a shopping trip for an important event. She was crazy about a dress display, which the assistant said was the only one of its kind in the shop. Right size, but your assistant was too lazy to take it off the display. The more I explained we wanted to buy then and there, the more the assistant told us they can order the dress or we could look at other Ferrari stores. Shove your dress Ferrari, there are other very helpful boutiques on Bridge Road.
Customer service was great.
