We're in QLD from the USA for a family wedding and discovered this company does not want international customers. We had an enormous hassle over payment of the groom's party's suit hire. Our chip-and-pin VISA credit card (we'd checked that morning; it still had several thousand dollars left on the limit) was rejected. This company clearly is not set up for international couple weddings with their deliberate policy (never admitted to) of rejecting international credit cards. After many weeks of trawling through bridal shop after bridal shop, attending all sorts of appointments and always being left feeling disappointed, we had an hour to spare so we shrugged our shoulders and swung by the little place that I personally had only thought was for suit hire. What a delightful surprise - the staff were all friendly and personable, and very keen to help me find a gown. Even on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't too busy and everyone was all smiles. Very poor service, misleading advertising and promotions. $99 suit hire all you get is the pants and jacket ???? what good is that !!! not explained at the time of enquiry the rest is available but at a price. More interested in up selling than listening to what the customer wants. If you value your special day go elsewhere or get everything in writing then you cant be robbed as we were
