I ordered a sign and it arrived quickly! Unfortunately, it was broken. I contacted customer support and they responded very quickly. The claims process was quick and simple and they resolved the issue promptly. The new sign is on the way and I can’t wait to hang it up!

It was super easy to design my own custom sign, upload my photo, and order. I received a proof within hours of my order. I paid for expedited shipping and it was here exactly on time, within 2 days! Everywhere else I looked took much longer even with expedited shipping. I will be coming back to get more signs!
Misleading information from their customer service about the minimum required temperature to apply these decals. Make sure you read the return policy - they only offer 50% return, even if it's their error. Don't try to apply in under 40 degree weather.
