I ordered two acrylic signs they came with white backround and was missing a pait of metal screws, the company immediately sent two new ones and extra metal crews at no cost. I found it very reaponsable and great customer service. Highly recommended. Good quality!
My sign I ordered Was not tall enough I sent them a picture and they refused to reprint it for me because they sent it square ant I trimmed it to be rounded on the ends. But the ends are fine.
Terrible experience. The company promised next-business-day shipping, but my order never shipped. When I finally called to investigate, customer service blamed a 'website error' and said it would take a while to resolve. They couldn't provide any timeline for when my item would actually ship. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of proactive communication—if I hadn't reached out myself, I would have been left completely in the dark. Highly disappointed.
I've attempted to design a custom sign online, and submitted payment. I received an email saying that the image of my logo was not a good quality, therefore they could not approve the post. I told them I wanted to cancel. They refused. I asked them to cancel again, they refused. I called in to cancel, they refused, but told me that I could speak with a supervisor, or a cancellation department, but no one was available. She said all she could do was offer me a future credit. I ordered from Signs.com and specifically paid for overnight shipping because I needed the item by 4/30. To their credit, the order was produced and shipped on schedule on 4/29. However, FedEx delayed the package with no meaningful explanation beyond “delayed,” and it did not arrive on the guaranteed delivery date.
