I can't say enough good things about their service department. After a bad experience with a boat, where I didn't have a local dealer network, I was little apprehensive about buying a Ferrari. I live in Charleston, SC so this is my closest dealer. Mike, the service manager, was outstanding to work with. He sent an enclosed trailer to pick up my car and within the time specified, the same trailer returned my car. He kept me updated every step of the way and the service was performed perfectly. Went in for a white F8 with a specific list of options. They had one very close, but they insisted to get me the exact one, within two days, they got me the exact one I wanted. Love it. Keep up the great work. Will be back for more.
Writing this review almost a year later. I came in to look at a 599 gtb. Plain clothes. Car was out back. I was looking at it. Someone came asked if i was being helped. I said no. I Proceeded to ask for information about the car. Long story short, he asked me what I drove at the time. I said im in my 2006 Toyota camry. Before I can get the word camry out the gentlemen said "hey I got to finish up some business ill be back" ... I waited maybe 20 minutes.. Nobody came back.. Long story short... The general manager Joe was great! I am a big Ferrari fan, and I was wanting to just look around. Joe was more than willing to help! He gave me a tour of all the cars they had on the floor with some info/history about them. If I ever have enough money to buy one of those beauties I will be going to him!
