I contacted Ferrara’s after hours on Friday and spoke with the On-Call regarding my issue. They recommended waiting until Monday to avoid being charged my right kidney. (Keep in mind this fit best for my OWN personal situation, I had no mind waiting.) On Monday, I was prepared to call first thing when the office opened, but I received a call from Ferrara’s before that time. Jason arranged for technicians at 0705, and they arrived at 0800.
