Ferrara’s responded promptly & scheduled appt same afternoon. Andrew did an outstanding job: worked efficiently, with good explanation, knowledge & professionalism! Fair prices, as well.
Mr. Jimmy did a great job. He was professional and efficient and I would definitely use Ferrara’s again for any of my HVAC needs. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family as well. They’ll get you going again and at a fair price!
James Blackwood came out to the House to checkout our situation. He advised us what we needed to do to get us comfortable again. He gave us a fair estimate and scheduled the work to be done. On the day for the work to be done. Matt and Aaron showed up at 7:30 and got to work. By 10:30 they had completed to job at hand and were headed out the gate. Job well done! Thanks
