Today, I had a horrible experience at my visit. I went to the office and I went for a dental cleaning today and was very unsatisfied . As he was cleaning my tooth with no patience and pulled and yanked my tooth. He did not even clarify my insurance before anything and was very unprepared. I would never refer this dentist to anyone because this dentistLOOKs very crazy/confused. He mistreated me by yelling all the time, he is a liar, and very unprofessional. Smart guy with a sense of humor. He Really cares to preserve your natural teeth. I went to him for a crown and he fixed a pain I was having and saved me from having a second root canal. Very grateful!
Terrible! Do not come here!!! Doctor Robert Ferrara attitude towards his patients is extremely rude, and not caring! Never has openings, cancels his appointments all the time. And I will say he is very rude, sarcastic and not caring to his patients or when you call on the phone! Terrible customer service!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! I’d give him 0 stars if I could. He’s closed on Fridays, cancels if the forecast says they are predicting snow in the forecast!!!! Do not go here!!!!
Great experience. Dr. Ferrara has a great personality and does great work. I highly recommend.
