Arrived at Ferrara and was greeted right away by Eric (manager). I wanted my SUV detailed (paint looked dull and had some minor scratches) they recommended the VIP treatment (VIP clean gives you a deep interior cleaning that includes seat shampooing, and an exterior detail that includes machine buffing and a clay bar treatment).
