The owner Michael has enthusiasm and attentiveness that is rare in service industries these days. His friendliness is real and refreshing. Add to that, he performed quality cleaning of our Moroccan hand knotted area rug with extra attention to removing a coffee Stain, trimming the pulled tufts. He clearly communicated timelines, price, and future care recs. I was able to pay via zelle, very convenient. The rug is rejuvenated! We are very pleased to have found Ferrante's.
