You can’t get better customer service!! I talked to them multiple times on the phone and they answered all my questions. Mike and his crew did an incredible job. We have pets and kids and our carpet needed so much work. I’m really happy with the before and after. We also had an area where our cat had an accident and they were able to treat the area and they added a protective treatment on top so that if the cat ever did it again, it will be a lot easier to clean up. Mike is one of the most professional, fair and all around nice people I've ever met. My rugs hadn't been cleaned since BEFORE the pandemic! They're just great. He is prompt returning calls, follows up at the customers convenience-is customer service focused. I wish more people provided services like this.
