This company seemed like they are good upfront, but then they drop the ball. I requested a workers comp quote for months to no avail. I have been with them for years. My workers comp policy was dropped, from the 3rd party they obtained it from ans they never notified me. So then my license was suspended. I then still went with them and they couldn't get me even a new quote for 2 months now. I am fed up with their lack of professionalism. I would NOT recommend buying insurance from this broker. Their customer service and communication with clients needs a lot of work. Unfortunately, my policy was canceled without any notice or reason, and when trying to find out about the source of cancelation, I wasn't able to get a reason, not even from upper management. So I had to get insurance from a better brokerage company..
