Great honest service. Welcoming, served quickly.
Mike Ferrante of Ferrante Auto Body did a great job today assessing the nature of body work that needed to be addressed. Due to a minor mishap, three auto body panels were dislodged. He came out and within a few minutes he successfully dealt with the problem. This pleasant surprise was topped by Mike informing us that there was no charge. Mike was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend his services. He was very honest and actually charged “half” the price of his quoted rate as he was able to get the job done much faster than anticipated. Pretty rare to see that type of integrity and shows this is a very trusty worthy and reliable business. Great work Mike!!
These guys will quote you one price and then charge you another. I would never go back to this place if they offered it for free. They make excuses and blame the customer
