Ferrandino & Son (headquartered in New York) is the worst company I have ever contracted with. They do not pay there invoices well at all. I personally have been waiting since November 2020 to be paid on an invoice it is now June 2021. There support group never returns calls. The account managers are of no help. They promise higher pay for the jobs and ofcourse that never happens. Lesson learned. Never work for a 3rd party vendor.

Any 5 star reviews on this company are employees or paid reviews!!! All these other one star reviews are the real deal. This company prays on the little guy and doesn’t like to pay. The time they make you waste to try and get paid is def not worth it!!! They under perform on their contracts with the customers and then pass the buck when they finally get a sucker to take the contract and clean up sites that aren’t serviced for months. You get them straight and then they find every excuse not to pay!!!

THEY ARE SCUM! Snowplowed 3 Verizon sites for them years back. I never got paid. Got every excuse imaginable for them not paying me. Never agree to work for them. Read the reviews have you ever seen a company with so many bad reviews all being the same story they don’t pay.

We were contracted for snow removal for properties in Sioux Falls SD. Invoices were denied and still have yet to hear back from Brian Row. Customer service is terrible and next to nothing. I attempted to call back and get 4 or 5 different people that say they’ll call back and never do. Today I was hung up on by the desk lady named Jody. All very rude and lack communication, professionalism, and their word.
