We just went through 4 days of no AC while the temperature outside was pushing 100 degrees. Ferran came within a couple of hours of my call, late on a Friday afternoon. Regretfully, Carrier was not open for the parts they needed. They continued to send technicians on Saturday and Sunday, to try everything they could do to get us back to cooling.
