Manager refused to accept a return although the item was unworn, was rude and unhelpful. We made another person go in a few days later to return the item and they magically accepted to return it with no issues and no questions asked. Racism? Could be. Been a customer for many years and that was deceiving. Will not return

This store is run by an all-star. Stacey is one of the most personable and inviting store managers I’ve encountered. The store is immaculate and well stocked with great inventory. Another person I would like to highlight is Jalen. He’s a fantastic salesman. I traveled to this store when I was on a business trip. I have since ordered multiple items over the phone to be shipped to me in Florida. There are stores in Florida but that’s how good Jalen and Stacey are. Subpar service, at best. I found a lovely pair of slides, the stitching was flawed. I bought them anyway, then an hour later, came back to the store to see whether a new pair could be ordered. The salesperson said that they could be ordered and that they would arrive that week (it was Christmas week). The return went through, but a new pair of shoes was never ordered and I never received any communication from the store regarding the order.
