First experience was expensive but great otherwise. They fixed a problem that another shop couldn't. Sometimes its better to pay more and get the job done right the first time. Based on my first experience I went back for another tough repair. Had another shop tell me it they didnt want to spend more money for me. I am reviewing this place as a driver who's company chose them to repair our trucks, so I cannot speak on prices or any aspect involving costs or payments. I can say however, everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the mechanics are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is an extremely nice facility with a customer/driver's waiting room that has comfortable seating, a TV, snacks, drinks and a nice bathroom. I had a terrible experience with Ferox Fleet Services. I brought my truck in for a diagnostic and repair, and they charged me over $1,200 to replace one fitting — which didn’t even fix the issue. The truck ran exactly the same when I picked it up as it did when I dropped it off. When I questioned it, they told me I’d need to spend another $3,000 for more repairs.
