I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Dr. Shabani Ahluwalia. I came in after a frightening medical situation and was immediately made to feel comfortable and supported. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns without dismissing or minimizing them, and patiently answered every question I had. My appointment was scheduled at 12:15. The emails stated please arrive 10mins early and if you are late, your appointment will be rescheduled. I arrive at 12:03. I sit and wait. And wait. I did notice another patient walk right in after me and be seen right away but I just waited. At 12:40, I go to the desk and ask for a reschedule. Im then told there are four rooms and only one provider. Thats information that could’ve been helpful at 12:03. At this point I should’ve left but I was told I could be seen right away. My experience was amazing before I even arrived. The staff was super accommodating in adjusting my appoint time, super friendly, great ambiance. They were super helpful and explained everything and more, answering questions I wouldn’t even had thought to ask. 10/10 recommend.
