I would not recommend Dr. Ahluwalia or her team at Ferny. The doctor was hard to reach and didn’t provide clear explanations to my questions. Her staff were often slow or unresponsive to calls and emails, and when responses were provided, the information was sometimes inconsistent. Even another provider had difficulty obtaining clear records from Ferny related to my care, and I had to spend weeks tracking down details myself. Dr. Shabani is truly a rare gem. From the moment you meet her, you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She is not only incredibly kind, but unbelievably thorough. She writes everything down, asks detailed questions about every symptom, and really takes the time to dig deeper. You never feel rushed or dismissed, she makes you feel like your health truly matters.
