We have recently moved to the area and started taking our now 14 week old puppy to see Dr Stephen who has been excellent. Each time he has explained things simply and clearly to us and he clearly loves what he does. We’ve also been able to get appointments at short notice which has been great. We highly recommend Dr Stephen and the surgery
Incredibly kind and compassionate. I used them to help our old boy pass over the rainbow bridge. It was an emergency situation and they fitted us in straight away and treated me with such kindness and compassion during a really tough time. Thank you to the staff for showing they have hearts for humans, not just animals.

Had an absolutely incredibly experience this morning at Ferny Hills Vet Surgery. Stephen was absolutely incredible in his care of my special dog. He was thorough, communicative, and very clearly cares for the wellbeing of animals and their owners. The vet nurses were incredibly kind and supportive too. I cannot recommend them enough, and will certainly be going to them for the remainder of my time in QLD.
My pets have been so beautifully looked after by Stephen and the staff for 18 years. This week, I took my new cat Daisy in for a visit. This is my 6th pet to be cared for by them. Nice calm atmosphere where vets and staff take time to gain the pet's trust, talk to the owner and the prices are sensible.
