I really like this place. Full disclosure I came in for an annual Pap smear because my usual OBGYN didn’t have availability. I had a great experience. I think when you go for this in your 30s and not for fertility reasons some clinics treat you differently. But here I felt like they were overall just kind and nice. I'm extremely frustrated having visited Ferny and sincerely would not recommend others to this clinic. After seeing all the positive, glowing reviews, I was excited to book an appointment for a new IUD. I hadn't been advised up until the last minute that this was a consultation only. I had gone through the intake forms, medical history, vitals, urine samples, all to be told I had to come back in 2-3 weeks after they ordered and received the IUD in the mail. After over 20+ visits (I needed daily bloodwork and multiple procedures) I can say the FERNY was super professional and without them I would not have my beautiful healthy baby. Sam was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure my treatment was successful. Really nice office. Very easy to get to on public transportation. The staff was friendly, and so was Dr. Goodman (who I made the appointment with). She was very warm and answered all my questions with care; she made me feel very comfortable from start to end. Would recommend this practice, and Dr. Goodman!
Bad quality of care (had to go back more than once for mistakes on lab tests, did not update chart with medications, recommended medications that should not have been recommended), bad customer service (used wrong insurance codes and would not correct). Please look at others Yelp reviews the high marks are not correct.
