I cannot praise Adriana enough. I love participating in her reformer Pilates sessions. The other instructors are also great, but she is my fav. Been 6 mths and i can feel great change and flexibility in my body.The Castle hill centre is great and the staff is lovely ❤️
Friendly staff who make the experience so much more enjoyable
I’ve been coming here for about a month and I’m really enjoying it! All the staff and coaches are professional, friendly and supportive. A special thank you to Ngan for always encouraging me to keep going and giving me helpful advice on exercise, sleep and nutrition. I’m now working out consistently every week and really enjoying the environment here. Highly recommend this place, especially for women who want to get healthier and stronger! ❤️
Environment is very good and the staff are very caring and friendly, loving all the classes.
