Fantastic newly refurbished gym. Great selection of classes. Friendly helpful staff. Particular shout out to Ngan, her classes are so much fun, she goes above and beyond to tailor exercises to suit your capability or if you have an injury, and genuinely cares for your well being.
Ngan’s class are so beautifully taught and such good excerise! Love my experience every time
Five stars for Fernwood, I joined a year & half ago looking to start a health journey & wanting to learn how to strength train the correct way. This is where I found Strength training with Ngan not intimidating as a learner but exciting, it has been the best thing I’ve ever done. I feel it’s not just a job for her but a passion to teach woman of all ages how rewarding strength training is. I love the classes available & learn new skills every visit.
