I'm not sure what goes on at this facility on a daily basis but from what I observed in the few times that I've been here and especially today it's no place that I would want anyone that I care about to be. I was commissioned to pick up a patient from another facility in Torrington to this facility, the patient is on oxygen has all kinds of personal items as well as a big packet of medication.
