Staff are wonderful - super helpful and experienced. The instructors make coming to class the highlight of my day - they are fantastic at giving corrections and motivating the class. Such a beautiful studio, look forward to coming back every week!
The facilities are great with the workout rooms bathrooms etc. The only issue I had was every time the membership fees would go out; it always was more than I anticipated. There are all these unforeseen charges for example membership fees is $109 but I was charged $129 since I joined. I had signed for 3 month membership. There was also a random $69 charge that I was given an excuse as to what it was for (as I had already paid the initial joining fee). I raised this matter with them and they said, my card had bounced.
