I’ve lived at Colonial Village Apartments since 2014, and overall, my experience has been a mix of positives and areas for improvement. One of the strongest points is the neighborhood itself—it’s friendly, welcoming, and has a real sense of community. Safety has improved a lot compared to when I move in with my family. El personal de las oficinas no son profesionales son muy despectivos la administración pasada era mucho mejor y flexibles con los parqueos y asuntos del mantenimiento los de ahora tienen un trato con las gruas y buscan cualquier escusa para levantar tu carro y ellos obtener un porcentaje por cada vehículo remolcado y cuando uno pregunta nunca saben nada
