Useless found an injured cockatoo and get turned away how can a vets turn away an animal is beyond me
Unfortunately today I had to take my puppy in for an emergency review after she could not use her back legs. In such an emotional moment the team where beyond brilliant with both Aria and I. So grateful for their compassionate, thorough and honest care.
The Fernvale practice is staffed by professional, caring, and compassionate staff that truly care for their patients and owners. After hours follow up calls to ensure that our dog was recovering and answer any queries was truly heartwarming. Overall the advice and service is gold class.
