The details are not attractive in these homes. Regent was presented to me as a quality builder but, after several months of living in these units I would have to say there is little emphasis on quality. The layout in my unit is good but the heat/ac compressor is directly outside the master bedroom. If you're a light sleeper, you will not be happy with this placement.
