I have visited this area a number of times and found it quiet and clean. Not too far from the main city shopping center. I’ve heard that there is a shopping center planed to be built, very close by, in the future. As people find Melbourne housing prices too hard to afford these areas will likely boom. The downside, of course is the cost of fuel, and the traveling time if you have to work in Melbourne.
The first time I have seen poor quality builds on display homes. If they can't put the effort in on a display, then I wouldn't trust a build

As i found it .As with all new estates blocks are very small so if its privacy you like this may not be the estate for you Front of house is very close to footpath blinds in the bed room are a must .On 2 home's that we viewed you could stand in the family room and see into the family room at the rear not good for that nude run from bath room to bed room..
