Ich habe selten so eine enttäuschende Hotelerfahrung gemacht. Schon die Ankunft war alles andere als angenehm: Die Wege zum Hotel sind komplett unbeleuchtet. Abends oder nachts fühlt man sich unsicher und läuft Gefahr, zu stolpern – absolut ungeeignet für Familien oder ältere Gäste. Also nehmt eine Taschenlampe mit Die Zimmer sind in einem wirklich schlechten Zustand. Es ist staubig, die Vorhänge haben Spinnweben und sogar Spuren von Spinnen daran. Ich habe mich auf ein paar erholsame Tage im „Rainforest Hotel“ gefreut – mitten im Grünen, mit Pool und Naturgeräuschen. Leider überwogen für mich die Schwachstellen deutlich. Zimmer & Sauberkeit: Insekten waren praktisch überall: im Zimmer, im Bad und auch rund ums Restaurant. Mir ist bewusst, dass man im Regenwald nie ganz „insektenfrei“ wohnt, aber hier fehlte klar ein wirksames Schädlings-/Insektenmanagement (z. Awesome location - walkable to the beach, tours, grocery store, and restaurants but far enough from the main road to feel like you’re in the rainforest. Clean and well maintained lodges with nice bathrooms and most importantly hot showers. The service is hands off (they don’t make up your lodge during your stay) but they will deliver clean towels, sheets, and whatever you need on request.

Contact met personeel verliep digitaal maar wel accuraat. Diverse mogelijkheden voor uit eten te gaan en voor excursies in directe omgeving.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. Everything was spot on — the accommodation was comfortable and well maintained. There was plenty of space to park the car, which made things really easy. The surroundings are simply spectacular, with the natural beauty of the Daintree Forest all around. We thoroughly enjoyed not only our time at the accommodation but also exploring the stunning Daintree area. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway!
