The service team at FTG Volkswagen really let the rest of the dealership down. I purchased my car with Corey and had an amazing experience, which couldn’t be more at odds with my dealings with the service department. Firstly, good luck getting them on the phone. It constantly rings out or they leave you on hold forever then hang up. Return calls go unanswered. Secondly the service manager (Aaron I believe) is very condescending.
