Great servicing department however NEVER trust the book and wait service. Been over 2hrs today, 10yrs ago my promised cap 1hr service took 4 and previously I've waited 3hrs min. Hence having a support worker today to help keep me balanced. It's not 2hrs and I'd still be sitting there. Good thing I had alternate transport. You won't get out before lunch.
Went to a number of dealerships in search if a Jimny. This one by far was the best and easiest to deal with; had Andy proice me up the options and colours then went back to him to finalise. Never pushy or ‘salesman-like’ just gives you the information and price you need. Done deal. Highly recommend!
