I had such a great experience with Ben. I went in for help with my ankle and already noticed better movement and less pain by the time I left the appointment. He was really thorough, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my recovery. Highly recommend Ben if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and supportive physiotherapist!
Good knowledge and practice of physiotherapy. The sessions were informative and helpful with the pain I was experiencing. Ben's customer service on the other hand could be improved. I was not informed that he does not do Medicare claims, and I had since misplaced my invoices. When I emailed regarding this, I received a bitter response about not losing them in future, "as this takes up time during my break." I found this unprofessional. I enjoyed the physio treatment but suffice to say I don't think I will be back.
Ben is the best in the business. His vast knowledge paired with his great love of patient care and interaction is the reason i keep coming back.
