Good knowledge and practice of physiotherapy. The sessions were informative and helpful with the pain I was experiencing. Ben's customer service on the other hand could be improved. I was not informed that he does not do Medicare claims, and I had since misplaced my invoices. When I emailed regarding this, I received a bitter response about not losing them in future, "as this takes up time during my break." I found this unprofessional. I enjoyed the physio treatment but suffice to say I don't think I will be back.
Ben is the best in the business. His vast knowledge paired with his great love of patient care and interaction is the reason i keep coming back.

Ben was very accommodating and helpful when I hurt my calf muscle in fitting me in when I had something important to attend.
Ben was incredible. He really does have healing hands! I'd been recommended to see him for a while, but had never gotten around to it for various reasons. He 100% is a master in the field and you will be hard pressed to find anyone like him (I've been to alot various osteos, physios, chiros etc) Thank you Ben! I haven't felt this light in a long time!
