There is a reason why Nissan Ferntree Gully is the best. All I can say is speak to Sash M, honestly hands down the only reason why I keep going. You are looked after from point of contact to everything else ( car related ). Best customer service experience in the automotive industry. Ask for Sash, he will look after you. Great experience buying our Nissan XTrail. Will the salesman is second to none! Exceptional customer service and answered any questions we had and spent as much time as required, even though I’m sure he had plenty of other customers waiting. Our first service we were greeted by Scott who was extremely efficient and very helpful with timings etc. Very clean service area and collection was bang on the time we were advised at drop off. First experience with Nissan FTG hopefully the first of many.
