Awsome very stress free buying experience did most of it over the phone,Toby was great to deal with,even after deposit was paid answered any questions highly recommended, 😀follow up on service centre had a couple of small warranty issues,I found the service department evasive, hard to contact,they seemed very understaffed and rushed. Not the best experience they did give me a loan car ,don't know if I'll be back for servicing took a week to get car back.
What an enjoyable process it was buying a rexton ultimate from ftg automotive. From the down to earth, no crap professional interaction from Toby, to Nelson's assistance with a test drive and finally Jason's added help with researching some after market equipment, the team as a unit had one aim and that was to serve the customer as well as they could. Visited the showroom around 2.30pm on Saturday with $25K cash to spend on a family runabout . Two sales guys sitting out the front hardly looked up. Wandered around inside with my husband. At one point saw one guy entering, but he didn't approach. If he said anything then I didn't hear. Noticed again when he exited the showroom to sit with the other guy. No response when we left. Very rude and poor customer service. Lost an almost sure sale.
