Excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and Andy was extremely accommodating, ensuring the entire process was seamless. I’m very happy with the end-to-end transaction and would not hesitate to recommend Ferntree Gully LDV to others.
Just too hard to buy a vehicle from this place. This is the second occasion of trying to buy a new car from this group and they can't be bothered; firstly making contact to an online request - 13 days, then when they did and finance was requested to date another 13 days and no response. I have surrendered and bought a Peugeot, they at least show some form of interest in making a sale.
Score would be - 0 of I could on this scale. Left vehicle for servicing on a Thursday morning. I later lodged a complaint regarding the safety of the courtesy drive home . Later that day a l received a text advising car service was complete and the driver was on his way to collect me. That was 4.30 pm. Car pickup never arrived even after a confirmation text. Ferntree Gully LDV after sales service - PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE & THE WORST. I’m literally calling them every other day from past 3 weeks just to talk to the service department person for my LDV D90 issues I’ve flagged off for more than 2 months now. They are never available, the only answer they have is ‘I’m NOT SURE’ , ‘I DONT KNOW’. Also they will LIE to your face when they say they will call you back.
