We booked in our vehicle to be inspected for a fault which could have been under warranty. When arriving to drop off our vehicle, they had no record of our booking. We left the vehicle with them to attend to when available. They inspected the vehicle the next day but gave it a full service which we hadn’t requested as the vehicle had already been serviced by another mechanic a couple of months ago. Very average customer service and attitude. Everything is a hassle. Bought my car from there because they were the local but I was disappointed in the whole experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Didn’t do my wheel alignment yet charged me for it, who knows if they even did the service.. never coming back.

I'm incredibly frustrated with my experience at LDV Ferntree Gully. I bought a new car, and on the first night of I picked the car. I noticed a strong smell of petrol in my garage. When I contacted them the next day and book an appointment to check and after checking they claimed everything was fine. However, the smell continued every morning. Very awful customer service,I have been chasing a lost purchased invoice for the last week and an half,the lady in charge of it keep saying I ll find it when I have time ,still have to call 6/7 times and always get the same answer…..other LDV dealer in Footscray send it to me within 48 hours ,the one in Cranbourne even quicker…is it that hard ????just do your job properly!!!!!!
