I have had nothing but great experiences with Ferntree Gully Hyundai/Kia. From purchase, service and now a warranty claim that they could have denied, but Sam’s incredible commitment to us, and his State mangers good will, has given us the best experience I have had with a dealership in over 100 new or used car purchases.
Disappointing service experience. My Kia car battery had died and a car retail specialist had run a battery health check, informing me the alternator might need replacing. They gave me a printout showing me some alternator specs as proof. When I went to Kia, they advised the alternator was fine, BUT were unable to provide any documentary proof, meaning I only have their word for it.
