I recently had a 30000km service done on my Hyundai Tucson which is the second vehicle we have purchased from Ferntree Gully. I am disappointed with the service on the following fronts. Firstly the engine oil was significantly overfilled and on returning I was queried on the method I used to check it, after some discussion they took it to workshop and have removed some oil however it is still slightly over the full mark when checked in accordance with the handbook.
