I recently needed 2 front tyres replaced on one of my cars and upon dropping off my car at the tyre shop, they advised me the locknut key is threaded and cannot remove the locknut and they advised me to attend Ferntree Gully Holden who have all the factory locknut keys and they will be able to remove the locknut for me. Booked online for service, and luckily called as a follow up to confirm, only to be told that the booking services "Don't talk to each other" and despite receiving an automated confirmation, this was only a booking "request" and that there is no availability at that time or in the coming weeks. Why keep the booking system live if it doesn't work? Have cancelled and will not return.
