I have called the parts department and I mention I do have a parts number. They said they can't look in their system or even didn't take part number that I am looking for. I have requested his name by saying that I am not happy at your service. He didn't gave me his name and hung up on me. I called again and explained the situation to the manager. The manager wasn't helpful at all rather was defending his employee even though they don't have any mindset about customer satisfaction and providing service. we all have to remem... read more

We live in Canberra and after researching the D-max vehicles we found exactly what we wanted at Northern Motors Group in Melbourne. It was the Tour Pack and exactly the colour we were after. We contacted the dealership and Terry Walsh got in touch with us. We now have this beautiful car thanks to Terry and all the work he put into getting the car to us. From putting some extra touches on the vehicle to having it transported to Canberra, Terry went above and beyond to get the car to us in absolutely perfect condition. We're... read more

I called Brighton MG Service Centre about an issue I had with the screen on my MG. The person on the phone said I had to take the car into the dealership. After making an effort to visit the Dealership the person in charge of the Service area at the time indicated I had to make a booking. At no time did the initial person I spoke to indicated I had to book the car in. I am never going back.

ive used them the last few years and had no issue. Recently took the car in as i had dashboard warning signs. Paid $ 200 for a diagnostic. Turns out the new battery required the car to be recoded. Upon leaving the petrol gauge was now faulty. called nissan and made another appt. They expected an additional $ 200 fee to diagnose the problem. My issue is what was the last $ 200 for. If there was no fault then how did I suddenly have a problem once I sat in the driver's seat. Its a shame you go to these places hoping for hone... read more

We were extremely happy with all the communication we had with Zach, Salesman at Kloster Hyundai, Hamilton. He was very polite, friendly and professional in his duties, there was no ‘pushy salesman’ behaviour we had witnessed at other dealerships when looking at new cars. He provided all the information we needed to choose our new cars. We were also very impressed with Lisa, Customer relations and Stevie, Finance officer. They were both very helpful and friendly. We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Hyundai Tuc... read more

If I could review 0 stars then I would as Trinity excel in lack of support and service. I called Trinity to book in my KIA Stinger as it has a recall. I was told that it could be scheduled but I had to pay $1,000 for the proposed work. Clearly it was a recall and the work should be at no cost to me. (Trinity should check Australian consumer law) I contacted KIA directly and they confirmed the work was not billable and they would address this directly with Trinity. KIA contacted me again and said it was sorted and the work wo... read more

Had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Rampal and the Blacklocks Isuzu team in Wodonga a couple of weeks ago. His attention to detail was next to none. His care and compassion definitely didn’t go unseen. What an asset to the department. I look forward to dealing with Michael again in the future. Thank you again.

I recommend Terry Walsh from Norther Isuzu Ute. He made purchasing my new vehicle easy. He kept me updated from start to finish, making sure that all my requirements and delivery date met what worked for me. He has also followed up to make sure that I am not experiencing any problems and that I am happy with my purchase. Great service.
