Thank you to Alex and the team at Fern’s! Alex responded to my call very quickly, and was able to get a crew out to replace my furnace in the same day. I believe this is unheard of and so I am extremely grateful! The crew was fantastic, they were careful and did a great job. You can see the attention to detail in their work and I really appreciated that everything was cleaned up before they left the job. I will definitely recommend their service to any of my friends and colleagues! Thanks again

Thanks Alex and your guys for a super install of our new furnace today! Of course our old furnace quit in the deep freeze. They were excellent from A to Z. Couldnt be happier! 5 stars! Alex was fantastic and I would highly recommend Fern's!!!

Just had Alex come out and look at our HVAC system for low humidity. He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable; and although he could have suggested we spend thousands to replace our HRV system, he instead offered suggestions to help improve the humidity level in the home. Fern’s Heating has been our go to for the past 22 years. We have had nothing but positive experiences with their work and integrity.

We had a great experience with Fern’s Heating & Air Conditioning. Fernando and Alex previously helped us fix our AC, and this time they assisted us with our furnace. We had our furnace cut out during a very cold spell. We called ferns and Alex was quick to respond and attend to fix the problem. Not only fixed the issue he explained why it occurred in a storm. Service and professionalism second to none.
