We cannot say enough about the service we received from Fern’s Heating and Air Conditioning. We returned home late Tuesday night to find our furnace out. I called Fernando who answered his phone from Portugal and immediately put me in touch with Alex. By noon today (Thursday) the new furnace was installed by a very professional crew from Fern’s. Ou hot water tank started leaking on a Saturday morning. I reached out to Fern and Alex. Alex found me a new gas hot water tank at Rona. We picked it up and he had it installed an hour after we got home with the tank. Great response and excellent service.
Great service. Alex did my AC in summer and saved us from the heat!!! The team was amazing professional and clean! I just had a furnace issue and they were out right away, and had us fixed in no time. Great service, and so helpful. As someone who is not mechanically inclined I truly appreciate the help they gave our family.
Our old furnace died and Alex was able to make a service call within two hours. He was super helpful and showed me the problem. His team arrived on time the next day and installed a new furnace to code. Alex answered all my questions and proactively explained about the new furnace. Price was very fair - I had compared prices of other same size furnace installations in Winnipeg. Work was done perfectly. I highly recommend this company, they are reliable and helpful.
