Very professional, I dealt with Alex. Wanted to run my hrv with the new Google nest 4th Gen which could do it on paper, but I couldn't figure it out and other hvac companies weren't too confident either. Alex also mentioned that it doesn't work well but would take a look anyways. He seemed to figure it out super fast, so now I can control everything with my nest. Very affordable as well, would highly recommend 👌 👍

Our hvac fan was running constantly. Alex stopped by, fixed the issue right away! We really appreciated his assistance!

We had our furnace replaced a few years ago by “Ferns Heating and AC” and they were Amazing!!. So when our AC began making noises we called FERNS to come check it out. They provided excellent customer service and we would highly recommend this local family owned business to people looking for reliable professional and exceptional service.

Best customer service, hands-down. When I needed help the most, out of all the companies I called they were the only ones who were willing to go above and beyond to help me out with my AC and thermostat. They have a new customer for life!
