From quote to installation of furnace and A/C, the job was completed professionally. The installation team left the workplace clean. The vent cleaning company Razoks Manitoba Heating who were sent after the job was completed did a great job and were definitely an added bonus. Our a/c stopped working during the heatwave making the house almost unbearable to stay in (35 C inside). Called Fern’s & they sent someone out to check on our unit promptly. We found out it needed replacing & 2 days later we had the new a/c installed & cooling the house down once again. Spoke with both Fern & his son Alex, both were very professional & courteous. Very organized, very professional, they cleaned up 100%. Air conditioner works 100%. Large crew showed up and they were done within a few hours. And best price in town
they installed my AC unit 2 months back and recently returned for a service call for a separate issue. Alex was punctual and friendly.
