Poor customer service by Kelly. She was all smilling with the people in front of me and then no hello or anything. Just straight face when I ordered my hot chocolate. Her raised eyebrows when I said my name is Tina was horrible as if a brown person cannot be name Tina. Absolute racist!
I wanted to share my experience today, only because upon looking at reviews it looks like this has already happened to someone else. I ordered my coffee today and did not hear my order be called out. I saw a coffee pending for collection so I went up to check the receipt, when the lady making/serving the coffees very bluntly and rudely stated she had been calling that coffee for a while. I checked the receipt next to it and it wasn't mine, so I went back to where I was standing (right next to the serving desk). I forget exac... read more
It's a hospital in a cafe, it's always busy and no doubt highly underrated. If you couldn't get coffee or sustenance in a hospital everyone would become very hostile. Keep up the good work guys, I used to make coffee at a service station next to the highway so believe me when I say I know what it's like to always be that busy and under the pump. You handle yourselves well
Lovely food. But not so friendly service. I'm sure not to everyone, but they weren't to me in the week I have been visiting Murdoch. It makes me wonder what I did wrong when they're the ones who made a mistake with my order and I even agreed to just take the coffee. I don't mjnd that but i do not appreciate the unfriendliness at the time and the one after. It feels like they're doing it on purpose at this point.
