Lovely food. But not so friendly service. I'm sure not to everyone, but they weren't to me in the week I have been visiting Murdoch. It makes me wonder what I did wrong when they're the ones who made a mistake with my order and I even agreed to just take the coffee. I don't mjnd that but i do not appreciate the unfriendliness at the time and the one after. It feels like they're doing it on purpose at this point. Really tasty coffee and quite cheaply priced - so no complaints!
The food is great, but the elderly lady who served us was extremely rude annd had the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen, clearly she didn’t want to be there, such a shame because all the other staff are lovely.
Very long wait times. Ended up leaving as we couldn't afford to stand in line for 20 plus minutes. Very evident the staff had no idea what they were doing.
