Very professional. They kept their schedule and had my trunk lid dent repaired and completed on time and as promised. Great workmanship and absolutely happy with the outcome of the repair. They went over the entire car and cleaned the existing paint to make sure it presented as one color although they only painted the trunk lid. Far above what I expected. After a tree fell during the early April storm I needed a new drivers side mirror, new windshield from a crack, and a bunch of body work from dents and scrapes. Everyone at Fern’s were efficient, polite and communicative. They even handled all things with my insurance carrier. The work was top notch and my car looks like new even though it’s only a year old. Interior was even detailed to car showroom quality. If you aren’t going to them for any body work needs you may have you are missing out on quality craftsmanship.
