Paid for a deep clean of my home. She specifically asked whether I wanted them to use my cleaning products or theirs. I said theirs. They didn’t bring their own used up mine, didn’t touch the basement AT ALL, didn’t clean/vacuum the couches in the great room or morning rooms.
