When I used to live there. It was cheap but not very pleasant. 1. There are spaces between doors and walls. So in winter room will cool down very fast. You will have to have heater switched on constantly. Bills for electricity will cost a lot. 2. Apartments on a second floor are extremely hot in summer. It is the same as stay in a car on open sun. Even open door and windows will not help. 3. Walls on the first floor are made from stone. So in winter they will become wet and you will find some mold. 4. Complex was built befor... read more
