Zero compassion for a stranded traveler!! I got stuck in the parking lot right next to this shop, struggling to remove a small snap ring on my truck. Knowing I was stranded, I walked in and politely asked if I could either rent the tool for five minutes or pay one of their techs to quickly pop it off for me. I even made it clear that I was from out of town, lived over three hours away, and was completely stuck. Their response? A flat-out rejection because they were "fully booked for three weeks."
