Heather was very knowledgeable, extremely competent, patient, encouraging and very approachable in her interactions with myself today regarding my knee brace. She explained all the nuances and answered a myriad of questions that came as a result of "first time user" of this particular appliance. She wanted to ensure that not only was I comfortable putting on the knee brace as well as wearing/walking with it. I would highly recommend Heather as the "go to" person if you needed her professional expertise.
Coming off of knee (meniscus repair) surgery, I feel lucky to have found Heather. She is passionate about using PT to achieve knee health. As a PT practitioner, Heather is a fount of insights, an enthusiastic supporter, and honest assessor. She makes me hopeful about the rehab process.
So happy to discover Heather. Gave me good insight into my knee situation with assessment and discussed further options open to me with guidelines. No high pressure sales. Highly recommend her service.
Heather is very thoughtful and caring. I have a knee injury that is going to take some time to heal. And she really holds the space beautifully - so I come out feeling motivated and so supported to do what I can to get back to normal.
