Heather is very thoughtful and caring. I have a knee injury that is going to take some time to heal. And she really holds the space beautifully - so I come out feeling motivated and so supported to do what I can to get back to normal.
I have been seeing Heather for a custom brace following an ACL reconstruction (my second in 4 years) Heather is so knowledgeable and personable, easing what can be a scary and emotional process, returning to sport from injury. I can't recommend her enough.
