Very family friendly if your ever in the area camping or having a family fun get away stop by here you wont regret it
One of the cleanest pools I’ve ever swam at! Friendly front reception staff and lifeguards. 5 stars highly recommend, especially for families. The leisure pool and waterside (check available hrs) are fantastic.
Lack of resources for swim lessons for kids. Tried several times to get my children into lessons unsuccessful as they fill up so fast. Fernie pool staff are not trained properly for their job unable to do a simple refund without a manger presence on a Saturday or Sunday. Supervisors are kind but lack basic administrative skill that a business requires. Disappointing place filled with excuses.
Great showers for travelers $2 during certain times. Thanks to this is was able to stay a few days longer. Very clean, good temp and pressure.
