They don't bother to return messages - clearly don't care about new people reaching out with a teenager suffering from depression. Truly disappointed and went elsewhere who were actually helpful!!

In my experience with this mental health practice, I’ve generally found the staff helpful especially the psychologist who is amazing, but I’ve encountered a lack of empathy and professionalism from one receptionist named Elizabeth.
