I have been seeing attending Fernhills for around 5 years and seeing Dina Shihata. I can not speak more highly of her. She is the best! And I love this clinic and the feel, and the reception staff are so friendly!! 10 stars!!!
I got a psychologist with zero people skills and from the very outset continued to berate me for her company’s shortcomings. I have zero confidence in her ability as a professional and am actively seeking an alternative company to continue working with. If it were possible to give a review less than one star, I’d give it.
Reception lacked basic interpersonal skills.
Highly recommend Michelle Wong. Michelle is knowledgeable, she listens & works with you & needs.
