Went to look at a Civic for my mum, left with the car. If you are wanting to view for a car with no pressure or hassle, this is the place to visit. Imran is very welcoming and will show you his hospitality. Offered us help when needed and left us to it. He is very polite and honest. I know where to go when I need another car! 1st Class service from start to finish. Totally unpressured environment in which to buy a second hand car. Imran and his Team were professional, knowledgeable and honest and at no point put the pressure on the customer. I highly recommend Ferndale Motors. Imran was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start. Honest, polite, respectful. If only all car dealers were like that! I know nothing about cars and not for a second did I feel that Imran would take advantage of that. Unfortunately the car I bought turned out to have a fault (not something that could have been noticed by the dealer really!) And again - the whole process of returning the car was a great one! I will definitely be recommending this place to others! Thank you Imran!
