The surgery is a joke. Been waiting 3 months for them to send my medical records to DVLA but looks like I'm going to be waiting another year at this rate with these clowns. I would rate lower than 1 star if I could
Have not had a good experience here. I've moved this way and registered with ferndale surgery.Prescription not done in time which I had a warning from the chemist even though it was down to the surgery , 3 times this has happened . Also needed to see a doctor and i had a text messge of them twice canceling. No apology or to rearrange an appointment.i have never felt so neglected.
